Bhuban Chandra Prodhani Central Library
The central library of the College has been named after eminent social worker and founder President of the college, the late Bhuban Chandra Prodhani. The library has more than 17,000 books in its present stock most of which are the up to date and modern editions published worldwide. The library has one of the richest journal and periodical sections in the district which includes both National and International titles. This is the only library in district has a special section on Rajbanshi Arts, Literature and culture.
Digital Language Laboratory
Chilarai College, Golakganj has Digital Language Laboratory which provides language proficiency courses to the students of the college . Courses on Spoken English , Personality Development, Group Discussion shall be conducted in the sophisticated Communication Laboratory with latest Language Software .
Digital Library
The College has set up a digital Library with latest Digital Library Software . At a time at least 15 students can access the E-resources of the Digital Library . The E-resources includes reference books, article and online journals.
Digital Class Room
The College has set up a sophisticated Digital Class Room with smart board and VideoConference facility . The students as well as the teachers shall benefit substantially by using facility and by connecting themselves with the larger academic community beyond the physical limitation of the campus and the region .
Reprography Section
Chilarai College reprography section offers subsidized Xerox facilities to the students to cater their sorts of documentation needs .
Tourism & Travel Management
Tourism and Travel Management was introduced in the college in 2007 for the three years degree course . thesubject is of 500 marks having practical for 200 marks . Practical papers are mainly conducted on extensive tour to the neighbouring areas . Moreover this subject has a bright prospect of employment .

Chilarai College has a well furnished Auditorium , built under Buniyad Scheme of Govt. of Assam.
Institute Of Distance And Open Learning
Chilarai College, Golakganj, is a recognized BA and MA courses of Gauhati University under Institute of Distance and Open Learning(IDOL). Students may get enrolled for above mentioned courses.

Special tutorial classes are arranged by each department for HS on the basis of specific requirement of students.

Students’ Grievance Redressal Cell And Complaints Cell
The Grievance and Redressal Cell & Complaints Cell of Chilarai College, Golakganj was set up with the target of providing justice especially to the women employees and girl students of the college. The Grievance and Redressal Cell & Complaints Cell consists of an internal complaint cell as per guidelines of the sexual harassment of women at workplace (prevention, prohibition & redressal) act, 2013, the Gazette of India. The cell is headed by Mrs. Krishna Bhowmik, Assistant Prof., Department of History.
